Global Medical Rescue Services, Ltd. is proud to offer you the finest wilderness medicine, expedition, & remote emergency medical, rescue, and survival training and services available anywhere in the world today. We specialize in training in wilderness, expedition, WEMT, WFR, far-forward, austere, and remote medicine; remote & disaster rescue; survival, and SAR; equipment selection; and disaster planning and response. Our programs are unique in their hands-on, in the field approach. All of our programs emphasize understanding and applying concepts, rather than memorizing a ‘cookbook’ solution.
We serve the needs of national governments; federal, state, and local agencies; medical and health profession schools & individual students; international science expeditions; international agencies & firms; physicians, nurses, and paramedics; and other users for whom only the finest, most elite service is acceptable. Health profession student elective rotation credit, health professional CME/CEU’s, & Wilderness EMT certifications are available for many of our programs supported by University of Nebraska School of Medicine.

The professional instructors and operators of Global Medical Rescue Services, Ltd., are composed exclusively of former civilian expedition and military special operations: physicians - medical, allied health and technical rescue instructors - and remote operational personnel; all are dedicated to excellence in instruction, service, and performance for you.In turn, we are highly selective of the clients that we offer our services to, the students we accept, and the projects in which we participate.
